Has a history of concurrently directing multiple projects to completion on time and within budget. Continually strives to produce the highest quality product possible within a budget and has a very experienced understanding of customer needs. He has always kept a diligent eye on the ever-changing landscape of the property market and what that means for the direction of the Company. Has successfully overseen the completion of over 30 builds with Ashville Homes in the last 2 plus decades.

Ricky Sekhon

With training and an early career in Acting, Ricky has been pretending to be a developer professionally for some 18 years. A well-established individual, who continually strives to produce the highest quality finished product while adhering to tight programmes and budgets. Able to resolve problems on sites day-to-day as well as communicate highly complex concepts in understandable terms. Also has vast experience in procurement, familiarity with all Contractual matters that arise during the usual course of a build; Monthly reporting, Programme monitoring & adherence, identifying/ documenting & controlling Contract Variations.
